VIP Tires & Service

Great service on replacing all four rotors and front and rear brake pads! I got a quote from Sullivan’s but I still wanted to do it at VIP because I’ve had great service here in the past, and they matched their pricing- better yet, they actually were $35 cheaper! So so helpful and great service. Even though they had to order parts, AND I came late, I was accommodated and they finished at around 2 PM (my appt was at 8 am, I showed up at 8:30 am).

I’d strongly recommend VIP Watertown to anyone. Marco & Youssef actually take the time to explain what’s going on & they saved me money when they EASILY could have ripped me off for more. VIP Watertown provides exceptional & reliable customer service. No games, just good advice. I’d highly recommended Watertown VIP to anyone needing service. 10/10

Most straightforward garage around. They never mess with you, never overcharge and never pressure any sort of upsell. They’ll offer and let you know what your car needs, but that’s it. Also the fastest place I know. Usually same day, which is crazy. And a nice little detail is you can pay and pick up after hours. Great staff, all around.

The guys were friendly. The technician was informative came out and let me know what he was gonna do to the Jeep and I didn't have anything bad to say about them overall a good experience.

Today was my 2nd time at VIP and both visits were full of hospitality! The gentlemen are all very nice, respectful and super helpful. Bryan is the best! He's courteous, knowledgeable, and kept me informed of my prices and options. I was honest about my financial struggle at the time and they absolutely accomodated me. It was such a relief and I'm super grateful for each of them!
